Join our team as aTerritory Manager within our Neurosurgicaldivision in Brisbane South/Gold Coast!

The Role

In this role you will be responsible for growing and managing your territory as if it were your own business taking ownership of our Neurosurgical portfolio across Southern QLD. With decades of innovation Stryker has been committed to improving surgical outcomes for patients and our product offerings in Neurosurgical reflect this. responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and market share by achieving capital budget targets and profit objectives.
  • Provide clinical support to our nurse and surgeon customers within the operating theatre setting.
  • Be a trusted partner for our customers and work complex deals from conception through to completion.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure accounts are provided the highest service quality.
  • Strategically partner with other divisions at Stryker to identify and qualify new opportunities.
  • Problem solve business and product queries coupling outside of the box thinking with business acumen.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in Medical Device/Pharmaceutical sales with a consistent track record of achieving targets.
  • Customer-centricity and the commercial acumen to strategically grow your territory.
  • Skilled in analysing data or trends for the purposes of planning forecasting and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of both the public and private hospital sectors (preferred).
  • Negotiation presentation and communication skills to effectively build relationships across numerous functions within a hospital.
  • Experience with building and or leveraging financial solutions to drive sales targets and meet customer needs.
