Job Description
Newton Nissan South is seeking a dedicated Service Manager to oversee all aspects of our automotive service department. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

- Stay up to date on new products features accessories and attending product training asrequired
- Maintain aservicecustomer follow up system that supports repeat and referral business and contributes to customer happiness
- Hire supervise and communicate with all service department personnel as well as monitor their performance when servicing customers
- Craft goals and objectives for the department which include an annual operating budget and a marketing plan to promote new business
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as aservicemanager
- Strong focus on providing excellent customerservice
- High school diploma or higher education
- Clean driving record & valid drivers license
- Driven personality eager to improve and able to work within and support internal teams
