Job Summary

Job Title: Field Service Engineer - (CT/MR)

Job Overview:

The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and service for CT/MR imaging systems. This role involves troubleshooting maintenance and installation of equipment ensuring optimal operation in alignment with medical standards and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have a strong background in medical imaging engineering particularly with a focus on GE CT/MR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform installation maintenance and repair of GE CT/MR systems at client sites.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize equipment downtime.
Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Collaborate with other technical staff to enhance service delivery and improve procedures.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in imaging technology and practices.

Essential Qualifications:

Must have prior experience as a Field Service Engineer specifically with CT/MR systems.
Current and recent experience in the role is mandatory.
Strong customer service skills; 3-7 years of experience in medical imaging engineering preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience with GE CT/MR systems required.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary for this position ranges from $110000 to $130000 annually with the final offer based on experience and interview addition to competitive pay the successful candidate will have access to a comprehensive benefits package which includes:
