Job Title: Field Service Engineer (CT)
Job Summary:
The Field Service Engineer (CT) will be responsible for traveling to various customer sites to perform necessary repairs maintenance installations and de-installations of medical imaging equipment specifically focusing on Toshiba and Canon CT machinery. The engineer will ensure exceptional customer service and support while adhering to the highest standards of reliability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer locations to conduct repairs maintenance installations and de-installations of CT equipment.
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support for medical imaging equipment.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and effective communication.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while managing service calls efficiently.
- Document all service activity and relay information to the relevant stakeholders.
- Be on-call and willing to travel extensively as required by the role.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer specializing in CT equipment.
- Proven expertise in Toshiba and Canon medical imaging technologies.
- Experience with MR and PET-CT systems is considered a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in medical imaging equipment repair.
- Must possess a valid US drivers license.

Salary & Benefits:
The annual salary for this position ranges from $110000 to $140000. Please note that the exact salary will be determined based on the candidates experience and interview performance.
