At WSECU youll take the lead in managing and growing dealership relationships across your territory which is primarily Eastern Washington (with some travel to Western Washington depending on business needs). Youre the first call dealers make when they need support have questions or want to grow their business with us. Youll be out in the field building strong partnerships solving challenges and helping both dealers and members succeed. Youll monitor performance analyze trends and keep your finger on the pulse of the market and our competitorsalways staying one step ahead. If youre a self-starter who thrives on autonomy loves digging into data and knows how to keep communication sharp (whether its by phone email or face-to-face) youll thrive in this role. Competitive pay: $77888.99 - $107433.08 annually dependent on relevant qualifications plus an annual discretionary incentive plan and benefits package
Position location: Eastern Washington dealerships and branches primarily with travel to Western Washington dealerships and branches according to business needs. Employees must reside and perform all work in the state of Washington. This is a work from home/hybrid position with the exception of occasional on-site training meetings and specific organization events.
Working from home/hybrid requirements:
When youd work: MondayFriday 8:30 am 5:30 pm full time minimum 40 hours per week with scheduling flexibility to meet service needs this exempt position
