SUMMARY
The qualified candidate will assist the head coach in maintaining a highly competitivecross country program including the recruitment of prospective scholar-athletespractice planning and coaching organization and in-game coaching. Will supportstudent-athletes excellence by encouraging academic progress towards graduation. This position is a stipend position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with scouting recruiting and retention of student-athletes.
Assist with the development of team strategy and analyze the performance ofstudent-athletes.
Assist with organizing and practice planning.
Will be ready to lead out in the absence of the Head Coach.
Other duties as assigned.
