Project Overview:
Project Solutions Inc. is seeking personnel to provide a full range of civil engineering and management support services in support of Creech AFB operations. The selected team members will deliver electrical mechanical civil and structural engineering expertise and associated management support addressing project planning programming design oversight construction management renovation and demolition activities and realty specialist services. The overall goal is to support programming decisions to achieve optimum resource efficiency and the lowest life-cycle cost.
This role is contingent upon award of project.Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintain and update project trackers to ensure accurate status reporting for all assigned projects.
- Communicate project progress milestones and issues to government engineering leadership in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with government engineering leadership to manage work schedules assignments and priorities for Project Engineers and Project Managers.
- Serve as a construction representative for large and complex projects ensuring compliance with design scope and quality standards.
- Monitor and control construction activities involving specialized electrical systems advanced mechanical systems and/or unique structural requirements.
- Oversee construction operations for base facilities infrastructure and associated utility distribution systems ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Required Education Knowledge and Skills:
- AS or BS degree in Geography Cartography or Geographic Information Systems OR 4 years of experience in applicable field.
- Knowledge and experience in using AutoCAD Map 3D/Civil 3D ArcGIS 10.6.x Trimble GNSS equipment and Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Access) highly desirable. Ability to read blueprints is a plus.
- Ability to obtain Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance.
- Ability to read and interpret plans schedules and other specifications.
- Written and verbal communication problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong computer and technology literacy to utilize PCs and mobile devices.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
