Strawberry has an open position for Director of Profit Cluster Gothenburg & West which oversees a group of Revenue Managers for some of the largest and most important hotels in our portfolio.
As the most innovative and boundary breaking hotel company in the Nordic countries Strawberry can promise a position where you will be both challenged and appreciated every day. We are growing rapidly and the leader we are searching needs a solid background of at least 7 years in the industry. A master degree in economics finance hospitality management or other relevant field is also required.
Your responsibilities as a Director of Profit Cluster at Strawberry will be to ensure that your team optimize our revenue streams and gains market shares. This entails you overseeing the profit management of your hotels such as yielding forecasting and evaluating group requests and strategic discussions with our sales or marketing resources. You are also a key player in mapping out the hotels and regions strategic direction in close cooperation with the hotel General Managers and the colleagues in our Profit Cluster.
You will be responsible for a team of 5-6 colleagues and your office will be in addition to English you are fluent in either Norwegian Swedish or Danish.
