Youre someone who blends structure with empathy and brings a calm solutions-focused mindset to complex projects. You communicate with warmth and precision build trusted relationships and adapt with ease in fast-paced environments. Youre grounded when guiding others while also contributing generously to team efforts.
A strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
Experience guiding the delivery of multiple business and technology projects
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proven ability to guide cross-functional teams with care and clarity
Experience managing project scope timelines and resources
A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work on ones own and collaboratively
Curiosity and adaptability in changing environments
Familiarity with the telco sector (a bonus not essential)
