Coordination of Service Contracts and Contract Visits.

The successful candidate must have strong customer service skills and strong administrative skills and the ability to forward plan is essential must be proficient in using IT systems have a proven track record in customer service as is the ability to work effectively as part of a highly motivated team. The candidate should be capable of ensuring that tasks are completed correctly and efficiently meeting all deadlines and adhering to company standards. Experience in service contract coordination and ERP systems are advantageous.
The ideal candidate must have a positive can-do attitude demonstrating a willingness to take initiative and adapt to changing situations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with strengths in planning organizing and building effective relationships. The candidate should be results-driven with a clear focus on meeting customer expectations and delivering high-quality outcomes. The ability to make decisions and take action when needed as well as respond positively to change will be key to success in this role.
