Are you passionate about driving growth through data-driven marketing and seamless user experiences
Were looking for a proactive and creative to take ownership of our paid media campaigns email marketing efforts and Shopify-based online store.
In this role youll create high-performing campaigns optimize performance across all channels and ensure our online shop runs smoothly.

Tasks
CAMPAIGN PLANNING & EXECUTION:
- Develop manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads Pinterest etc.
- Creation of creative briefings for ads
PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS:
- Analyze campaign data using the respective tools and provide insights for future optimizations
CREATIVE COLLABORATION:
- Work closely with design and content teams to create effective ad formats and run A/B Tests on ceratives and landing pages
MARKET RESEARCH:
- Track industry trends and competitor activity
- Explore new platforms and ad formats for innovative marketing opportunities
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MARKETING:
- Plan build and optimize email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo
- Maintain target groups and segments
- Running A/B tests
- Analyze report and optimize performance
WEBSITE & SHOP MAINTENANCE:
- Ensure website and shop functionality responsiveness and a seamless user experience using Shopify
Requirements
EXPERIENCE:
- several years of expertise in online marketing especially paid ads
- understanding of respective strategies and tools
- proficient with platforms like Meta ads Klaviyo Shopify Pinterest Google ads
ANALYTIC SKILLS:
- strong number-driven mindset
- experience in working with KPIs (CTR CPA ROAS etc.)
ORGANIZATION:
- ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines
