Job Title :IT Project Manager (State Agencies PMBOK ACA/Medicaid)
Location: Menands NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing complex IT projects involving frequent communication with executive-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead IT projects with project teams of at least eight members.
- Experience managing projects for state or federal government agencies.
- Skilled in applying a Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)-based methodology utilizing structured processes templates and guidelines throughout all project phases.
- Background in overseeing software implementation or in-house application development projects following the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with the Affordable Care Act or Medicaid programs specifically in Eligibility and Enrollment processes (excluding Health Care services).
- Proficient in using Rational Team Concert (RTC) for logging tracking and prioritizing work items.
- Bachelors degree earned.
