Job Description
Location: Rowlett TX 75088
Shift: 12 HR Nights 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)
Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)
- Deliver safe compassionate nursing care to a diverse patient population.
- Monitor assess and treat patients requiring telemetry and continuous cardiac monitoring.
- Administer medications manage IVs and provide post-operative care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized patient care plans.
- Document patient status and care in electronic medical records (EMR).
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care.
- Adhere to hospital policies safety protocols and infection control guidelines.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN license in the state of Texas.
- BLS Basic Life Support certification (or must obtain within 30 days of hire).
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a Medical-Surgical or Telemetry unit.
