Preferred Education:
Bachelors degree in an Information Technology (IT) related field
Preferred Certification:
Microsoft certifications including PL-900 AI-900 AI-102 MS-900
Required Skills:
Hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development including deploying to solutions with environments (3 Years)
Copilot Studio for creating chat-driven interfaces (1 Years)
Microsoft Power Automate for creating workflows across M365 and integrating with other systems (6 Years)
Microsoft Power Apps (4 Years)
SharePoint (3 Years)
Microsoft 365 (5 Years)
Building agents within and outside of SharePoint (1 Years)
Integrating chatbots with external services (1 Years)
Azure AI capabilities (2 Years)
Hands on experience working with non-Microsoft LLM platforms like Gemini Claude ChatGPT (2 Years)
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Azure AI services is also preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
This Power Platform and Copilot/Azure AI Developer will build sophisticated chatbots that integrate Teams SharePoint Microsoft 365 services and external systems to enhance productivity for CLIENT users and customers
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Copilot Studios canvas interface natural language processing capabilities and can configure complex dialog flows with branching logic
You should be comfortable integrating chatbots with external APIs databases and third-party services through Power Automate and custom connectors
Experience with Power Platform governance security best practices and deployment strategies across development and production environments is required
problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues are crucial for success in this role
This role will provide experience deploying solutions and working within Power Platform environments as well as Azure DevOps
