The Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing the highest quality of customer service for guests and potential guests who are seeking information and/or booking reservations for Sight & Sound through the Contact Center or theatre Box Office.
The schedule for the Part-Time Customer Service Representative position is 9:00 AM through 3:00 PM on Mondays-Fridays. The expectation is that the employee will work up to 28 hours per week.
