Job Description
An AmLaw 50 law firm in New York is seeking a partner with experience in managing banking and finance projects to join its esteemed banking practice. While the partner will primarily serve the firms existing clients business development initiatives are encouraged and supported. The ideal candidate should have at least eight (8) years of experience in a comparable banking and finance practice representing private equity sponsors and lenders in debt finance transactions including acquisition financings recapitalizations and refinancings. We are looking for candidates who are adept at leading complex finance deals.
A JD from a highly regarded law school and admission to the New York bar are accordance with the New York Pay Transparency Act the estimated compensation range is $500000 - $600000 USD per year.
