We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Outlet Manager (F&B) to join our team in Sepang Malaysia. As a key member of our food and beverage management team you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations maintaining high-quality customer service and supporting the overall success of our outlet.
- Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily operations of the F&B outlet.
- Lead and motivate a team of food service staff ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory place orders and control costs to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean safe working environment.
- Handle customer inquiries feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Assist in menu planning pricing strategies and implementing promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyze sales data preparing reports for upper management.
- Support staff training and development initiatives.
Qualifications :
- 2-3 years of experience in F&B management or a supervisory role.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management and cost control.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
- Diploma in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with Malaysian cuisine and local food service trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
