- Manage payroll processing with accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor employee attendance leaves and vacation balances.
- Update and maintain employee data in the HRIS system.
- Oversee contract preparation renewals and coordination.
- Handle the full recruitment process: posting screening interviews and hiring.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Support employee relations and assist with disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate employees benefit programs.
- Assist with staff training programs and development initiatives.
- perform other related HR tasks for example engagement events programs surveys etc.
- Prepare HR reports and support decision-making through data analysis.
- Support HR communication and administrative tasks.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in business administration Human resources or a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in the HR field preferably in Industrial or FMCG sectors.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexible and organized personality.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent interpersonal & high communication skills.
- Technical HR skills are a must.
- HRIS experience is a must.
- Fluency in English is a must.
