The Solutions Engineering team at Wise Platform bridges the gap between Wises technical capabilities and our partners needs ensuring seamless API integration and optimal solution delivery. Our team is dedicated to fostering strong relationships and driving technical excellence.
The team is organised into three regional teams across the US EMEA and APAC each team collaborates closely with Implementation and Commercial counterparts.
As the Global Solutions Engineering Lead youll shape the future of this function driving its growth and direction and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions to our partners and driving us closer to Mission Zero.
What youll do
Define and execute the global strategy for the Solutions Engineering team ensuring alignment with Wise Platforms ambitious growth mentor and grow a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers across US EMEA and APAC fostering a culture of technical excellence collaboration and continuous improvement.
Oversee the delivery of multiple complex projects across diverse teams with the opportunity to dive deep into projects to provide support and resolve obstacles when necessary.
Drive the technical post-sales engagement with our largest and most complex partners ensuring seamless integration and optimal utilisation of Wise Platforms APIs and solutions.
Act as a key technical advisor to both internal product and engineering teams and external partners translating partner requirements into technical specifications and influencing product roadmap decisions.
Develop and standardise best practices and KPIs for solution design technical delivery and partner onboarding globally.
Champion the voice of the customer within Wise Platform ensuring our solutions effectively address real-world business challenges.
Collaborate closely with Sales Delivery Product and Engineering leadership to identify new opportunities resolve technical blockers and ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy.
