Job Description

As our Residential Division continues to grow were looking for a dependable and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is bilingual in Spanish and English to join our team.
Location: On-site Central Florida
Compensation: $15$20 per hour based on experience
Schedule: Full-time MondayFriday Day Shift
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners needing HVAC Plumbing or Electrical service
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls for scheduling follow-ups and appointment confirmations
- Schedule service appointments efficiently based on urgency location and technician availability
- Enter and manage customer data accurately in our dispatching software
- Coordinate with field technicians to ensure smooth job flow and communication
- Resolve customer concerns or complaints with professionalism clarity and empathy
- Assist with basic administrative support including service plan renewals warranty documentation and billing questions
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) Must be fluent in both spoken and written communication
- Prior experience in customer service dispatching or call center work (home services/trades experience is a plus)
- Strong communication listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task stay organized and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new dispatching or CRM software
- A team-oriented attitude dependable work ethic and a desire to help others
