Job Description
As the Operations & Facilities Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our Hunt Valley office and supporting broader operational initiatives across the organization. Youll manage vendor relationships oversee facilities-related budgets support event logistics and help maintain business continuity processes.
In this position your key responsibilities will be:
- Vendor & Landlord Administration: Manage relationships and communications with external vendors and landlords.
- Invoicing & Budget Management: Track and process invoices assist with budget planning and monitoring for facilities-related expenses.
- KPI Reporting: Compile and report key performance indicators for Group Facilities and other entities.
- Office Management: Serve as co-office manager for our Hunt Valley location ensuring fron and lead distribution.t desk coverage when necessary.
- Project Management: Lead and support various operational and facilities-related projects from initiation to completion.
- Business Continuity Support: Organize meetings prepare agendas and document minutes to support continuity planning.
- Event Coordination: Assist with the planning and logistics for trade shows sales conferences and other corporate events.
- Data entry and marketing miscellanea activities: Support the Sales and Marketing team with specific projects marketing material management
What qualification should you have The ideal candidate will have the following profile:
- Previous experience in operations facilities management or administrative support preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with budgeting tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

- Competitive Salary: $50000 - $70000 annually dependent on experience level with a 10% bonus.
