Day Program Supervisor Adults with Disabilities (Community Life Engagement)
Are you a new professional with a bachelors degree in a social services field ready to take your leadership skills to the next level OPTIONS a nonprofit agency that helps people with disabilities live and work in the community is seeking a Community Life Engagement (CLE) Team Leader. This is not atraditional site-based day programthis role leads community-based services that focus on person-centered enriching experiences out in the community.
This is a full-time position with full-time pay and benefits (even at 32 hours/week)a great opportunity to grow your career without needing a second job.
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 a.m. 4:00 p.m. (flexible)
Full-time Plus: 32-hour schedule with full-time pay and benefits
Provide strong leadership and supervision to direct support staff working in community-based settings
Oversee the development and implementation of CLE services using person-centered practices
Create and maintain weekly schedules for community activities that align with participant interests and goals
Build and sustain partnerships with community organizations and venues to expand enrichment opportunities
Ensure documentation is completed timely and accurately including activity tracking participant feedback and compliance-related reports
Attend and assist with CPOC/IPP meetings and coordinate care as needed
Support quality assurance and continuous improvement efforts across programs
Conduct weekly participant surveys and use results to inform activity planning
Perform other related duties as assigned
Bachelors Degree in a Social Services field (Required)
Strong organizational written oral and computer skills
Intermediate to advanced keyboarding skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Valid drivers license and clean driving record (Required)
Must be at least 18 years old
Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen
35 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (MR/DD)
Previous supervisory experience in a similar setting
Full-time pay and benefits for 32-hour schedule
