What will you be doing
Assess current business needs and drive improvements
Lead and provide direction to the team
Use your strong relationships in the region to further develop strong relationships with a number of key stakeholders
Be responsible for a number of offices ensuring processes are being followed and be an advocate for positive change
Support your managers in the region and be someone they can bounce ideas off support with staff training and day to day operations
Who are we looking for
Experience in running teams across a number of sites
Bring your strong business background and be able to share your knowledge with the team
Experience in motivating and driving teams towards a common goal
Be able to inspire and bring your team together
Be open to challenges and working with other Senior Managers to further improve process and performance
You love driving people capability and being a key stakeholder to drive outcomes across the region
Some travel is required

To be considered:
Have full working rights in Australia
Have a current drivers licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
Complete an Australia History Criminal Check
Have a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain a Working with Children Check before employment
Ability to work Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
