Were looking for an Custodian II who will work the PM shift schedule of Monday - Friday from 3pm-11:30pm by assisting the company with maintaining aClean organized functional and secure building.

You will report to the Facilities Supervisor at our Santa Ana CA office headquarters.

Who You Are:

• Assist existing staff to perform various general building custodial tasks.

• Clean break room counter tables chairs and stock utensils paper towels

• Clean and stock restrooms

• Empty all trash containers

• Dust office areas

• Move boxes pallets equipment and other items as needed.

• Respond to tickets and requests from other departments.

• Be able to identify safety risks such as spills and tripping hazards.

• Able to perform special job assignments outside the normal work scope.

What Youll Do:

• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Custodial experience preferred

• Organized problem solver flexible and able to prioritize.

• General knowledge of facilities Janitorial.

• Able to carry 25lbs.

• Set up and tear down events.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.

• Must have basic computer skills and comfortable using Google products (Gmail/Google Docs/Google Sheets/Sites)

• Knowledge of Jira and Slack a big plus

Physical Requirements:

• Bending and Twisting: Bending neck/waist twisting neck/waist and squatting.

• Computer Use: Typing mouse work and sitting and looking at a computer potentially for long periods of time.

• Exposure to Machinery: Exposure to machinery noise which may include noise from forklifts injection presses or other machinery.

• Hand Use: Power gripping when using low-precision high-impact hand tools that require significant force such as hammer drills and torque wrenches.

• Hearing Requirements: Ability to hear alarms signals and verbal instructions.

• Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift carry and move materials up to 75 pounds with employee help or with proper equipment.

• Sitting or Standing: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

Hourly Rate:

The reasonable estimated hourly rate for this position is $22. Actual compensation varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including location job level prior experience and skill set.
