In Oracle data and analytics at PwC you will utilise Oracles suite of tools and technologies to work with data and derive insights from it. You will be responsible for tasks such as data collection data cleansing data transformation data modelling data visualisation and data analysis using Oracle tools like Oracle Database Oracle Analytics Cloud Oracle Data Integrator Oracle Data Visualization and Oracle Machine Learning.

Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)

As a Manager in Fusion Data Intelligence you will collaborate with both technical and project teams to deliver state-of-the-art reporting solutions on Oracle cloud platforms for our Fortune 1000 clients. This role offers you the chance to contribute to a variety of projects including the development of new Oracle cloud solutions the migration of applications to a hybrid cloud environment (on-premise and cloud) and the deployment of global cloud applications across multiple countries. Our teams boast a diverse skill set continually seeking innovative strategies to drive client success. Your primary responsibility will be to develop customer solutions using Oracles analytics offerings including Oracle Analytics Cloud Oracle Data Visualization Oracle Fusion Cloud and Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW).

Key responsibilities include:

  • The candidate must have reporting experience on Oracle Fusion Applications.

  • Develop and implement reporting solutions using OAC and FDI.

  • Designing and architecting OAC projects including upgrade/migrations to cloud

  • Design develop test and implement a variety of reporting solutions

  • Develop solution using Oracle Analytics Cloud

  • Utilize reporting expertise on Oracle Fusion Applications.

  • Demonstrate working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Applications across modules such as HCM ERP CX or SCM.

  • Understand fusion sources PVO mappings and key columns in each PVO along with BICC and UCM.

  • Design and architect FDI projects understanding FDI architecture configurations pipeline initiation measure validation OOB project decks and implementation processes.

  • Manage the provisioning of FDI instances configure sources and deploy ODI marketplace instances.

  • Extend Semantic Models and perform Data Augmentation and custom ETL extensions in FDI implementations.

  • Understand FDI security architecture and customize data integrations from non-Oracle sources.

  • Design and build RPD data models and develop OAC reports.

  • Comprehend Data Warehouse models and ODI integrations.

  • Troubleshoot data issues from analysis criteria to data warehouse and source systems.

  • Produce high-quality code with thorough knowledge of the tool code peer review and automated unit testing.

  • Conduct system analysis follow technical design and participate in development activities.

  • Collaborate with developers and team members participate in design meetings daily stand-ups and backlog grooming sessions.

  • Develop and document unit tests and work with cross-functional teams to create robust reporting solutions.

  • Identify document and mitigate risks while maintaining confidentiality of operations.

  • Document processes and procedures in assigned areas update job knowledge through continuous learning and participate in professional organizations.

  • Perform other duties as assigned including participating in Scrum team meetings and Agile activities.

Technical Requirements

  • Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Application reporting.

  • Hands-on development with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and FDI.

  • Deep understanding of FDI architecture semantic models and configurations.

  • Strong SQL skills and data modeling expertise.

  • Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).

  • Exposure to Oracle Fusion ERP HCM SCM or CX modules.

  • Familiarity with BI Cloud Connector (BICC) UCM and PVOs.

  • Competency in Oracle Cloud scripting (e.g. using CURL).

  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Consulting Requirements

  • 10 years in consulting or industry roles involving Oracle Cloud.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

  • Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to travel as per project requirements.

  • High attention to detail with strong documentation and communication capabilities.

Preferred

  • In-depth knowledge of Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) frameworks and delivery best practices.

  • Experience with Oracle BI Apps (OBIA)

  • Familiarity with Python R or UNIX shell

  • Expertise in debugging and optimizing performance for large-scale reporting applications.

  • Understanding of data augmentation custom ETL development and security architecture within FDI.
