We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and committed individual to join our Operations Management Team at Thornbury Active Lifestyle Centre in the role of Assistant Manager.
As Assistant Manager you will...
Be directly responsible for the day-to-day operation of the facility ensuring efficient and effective utilisation of all resources excellent delivery of customer service and security of the facility
Be responsible for one of the following corporate areas: Facilities Management and Health & Safety Staffing or Programming
Be a proactive member of the Centres Operations Management Team and provide the lead in developing the leisure team to support Circadian Trusts management philosophy
We want to hear from you if you...
Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Leisure Management or considerable and varied Leisure Management experience
Have the ability to lead and motivate a team and work effectively alongside others
