As a Business Manager for Inclusive Employment Australia you will be responsible for managing and motivating your teams to success. You will do this by managing budgets individual and team KPIs and monitoring performance against established targets.
You will develop and implement strategies that will ensure our customers are supported through the whole employment services process whilst continuing to champion Real Futures as an employment service partner of choice.
Your ability to turn vision into reality is the attribute that will separate you from everyone else.
What will you be doing
Providing support and direction to the operational team
Promoting and fostering strong relationships with new and existing host organisations RTOs community organisations employers and other stakeholders
Contractual and technical support to operational staff
Ability to review operational plans for successful outcomes
About you
Have previous exposure to working with People with Disability
Ability to rapidly build effective and positive working relationships with staff and various stakeholders
Advanced level of communication interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to negotiate business solutions with external providers
Strong positive problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Good level of business acumen and budgetary skills
Knowledge of risk management approaches including the ability to undertake risk assessments for work activities
Ability to obtain a working with vulnerable people card and a National Police check

To be considered:
Have full working rights in Australia
Have a current drivers licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
Complete an Australia History Criminal Check
Have a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain a Working with Children Check before employment
Ability to work Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
