Overview:
Were hiring a results-driven Account Manager to drive growth for our clients specialty polymer products across North America. This high-visibility role is ideal for someone with a strong technical sales background in thermoplastic elastomers particularly TPU or TPE who enjoys autonomy thrives in market-building environments and is excited to help an international supplier expand in the U.S. Working closely with technical teams based in Trkiye youll engage with key sectors like automotive medical footwear industrial and wire & cable to deliver customized solutions and foster long-term commercial partnerships.
What Youll Do:
- Spearhead business development efforts across the U.S. for thermoplastic urethanes focusing on strategic markets including footwear automotive wire & cable and healthcare
- Cultivate new and existing partnerships with OEMs processors compounders and distribution partners
- Lead the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and sampling to qualification trials and closing
- Serve as the main conduit between U.S. customers and international R&D teams to align product performance with market needs
- Set pricing strategies create forecasts track competitor movement and drive territory growth goals
- Represent the company at key North American trade shows and industry conferences with regular domestic travel (40-50%)
What You Bring:
- 10 years of experience in technical B2B sales with a strong background in engineered polymers elastomers or related materials
Proven success growing accounts in the TPU TPE or specialty plastic space - Ability to navigate long technical sales cycles and engage stakeholders across commercial and technical functions
- A self-starter attitude with the initiative to open new markets and manage a remote territory
- Strong customer relationships in one or more key verticals: medical automotive footwear wire & cable or general industrial
- Excellent communication skills; able to work cross-functionally with global teams
- Proficiency in English is required; Spanish or another regional language is a plus
- Willingness to travel extensively within the U.S. (up to 50%)
