Job Description
Our client a well-established plaintiff law firm in Phoenix is seeking a skilled Personal Injury Attorney to join their team. This position is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about representing injured clients with integrity skill and compassion.
Responsibilities:

Handle a caseload of personal injury matters including both pre-litigation and litigation phases

Conduct client consultations depositions mediations and settlement negotiations

Draft and respond to motions pleadings and discovery
-
Represent clients in court hearings arbitrations and trials
-
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case developments
-
Collaborate with internal team members including paralegals and fellow attorneys to move cases efficiently toward resolution
Qualifications:
-
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
-
Active license to practice law in Arizona (in good standing)

Minimum of 3 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law

Strong litigation skills including courtroom and trial experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload
