Job Title Hospitality & Leisure Attorney
Locations Chicago Phoenix (or) New York (or) Washington D.C.
Base Salary $235000 to $310000

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2 to 4 years (ONLY) of real estate law experience; hospitality industry experience is a plus
- Strong academic credentials and analytical capabilities
- Previous law firm experience with large and sophisticated transactions preferred
- Licensed and in good standing in the state where the candidate will be based (DC applicants may be licensed elsewhere if eligible to waive into the DC Bar per Rule 49)
Client Details:
Our client a leading Am Law 100 firm is seeking a mid-level associate (2 to 4 years of experience ONLY) to join its nationally top-ranked Hospitality & Leisure practice.
This award-winning group advises global clients including developers owners investors operators and lenders on sophisticated hotel and mixed-use transactions offering hands-on experience with complex real estate corporate and finance deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate a wide variety of agreements including letters of intent purchase and sale agreements hotel management and franchise agreements and joint ventures
- Provide legal support for domestic and international hospitality-related real estate and corporate transactions
- Advise on financing arrangements including reviewing and negotiating loan documentation
Skills:
2 to 4 years (ONLY) of real estate and/or transactional law experience
Strong academic credentials and analytical capabilities
Excellent communication and drafting skills
Previous law firm experience with large and sophisticated transactions preferred
