We are seeking a Deputy Manager to join the Financial Services Tax practice in our Mumbai Bangalore and Hyderabad office. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
Collaborate andbe involved in all aspects of tax assignments from planning to finalization.
Manage 1-2 team members within the cluster
Review and managing of the Tax returns and supporting Work papers as per US Tax Law
Compliances for: Partnership (Form 1065)
Maintainactivecommunicationwithclientstomanageexpectationsensuresatisfactionandleadchangeeffortseffectively
Function as technical SME to ensure quality and timeliness of all deliverables of the team
Be the first escalation point for Staff and Senior on technical matters/queries
Understand and manage firm risk on engagement and proposals
Supervise train and mentor staff during engagement
Assist the Senior Managers and Managers in client delivery and team management
Assess performance of staff for engagement evaluations
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required
4yearsofprogressiveUS/Global taxationexperience
Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
CPA/CA or Enrolled Agent shall be an added advantage
Experience working directly with clients and/or global counterparts
Experience working with financial services clients.

Return to Work:
Staff to Manager 4 days in a week (Monday & Friday is mandatory)
Senior Manager to Director 5 days in a week (Monday & Friday is mandatory)

Top Mandatory Skills:
1. Should have experience in Funds-o-Funds private equity venture capital Hedge funds
2. Investment industry experience.
3. Have experience in Compliances for Partnership (Form 1065)
