Develop quarterly and monthly plans aligned with this strategy that leverages all product features and marketing tools in addition to coming up with exciting new innovative ideas and communicating them to millions of players.
Plan and execute monetization strategies that will motivate and encourage the players to stay play and pay and that are aligned with the retention monetization KPIs targets.
Develop daily promotional plans and be in charge of their implementation. This would include the campaign design creative development of all communication channels operational launch of the campaign QA at launch monitoring and analyzing its results and reacting accordingly.
Works closely with the creative and operations teams product owners and BA team.
Requirements:
2 years of experience as a marketing CRM brand or e-commerce manager or in the trade marketing field (in the online space - Advantage).
Analytical work experience.
Structural approach to data with strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
Advanced Excel Tableau preferably Vertica knowledge - Big advantage.
Methodological approach to data together with the ability to present the data clearly and efficiently to support business decisions.
Strong English written/verbal skills.
A people person - positive initiator curious independent and a quick learner.
