Playtika is looking for a Marketing Creative Managerto join a leading team of Creative minds and help build together mind-blowing campaigns!
As a Creative Manager youll create and manage marketing creative campaigns on a global scale for our brands/games across multiple channels and platforms based on marketing needs/KPI.
Responsibilities:
- Innovate continually marketing creative ideas that drive the key business goals of our brand/game on a daily basis.
- Create conceptual and holistic 360 campaigns to expose our brand awareness on a large scale. Elaborate ideas based on user behavior motivation and state of mind adapt creative and messaging to our digital strategies produce creative assets for funnel and platforms differentiations.
- Partner with brand/game team frequently be a thought leader on consumer behavior marketing techniques and take a part of marketing strategy discussions.
- Collaborate with a highly cross-functional team of marketers data analysts and media specialists review work in an objective manner and apply learnings to future work.
- Lead creative sessions to translate data into insights concepts and creative opportunities.
- Be a mountain mover to lead projects end-to-end from insights strategy and concept trough executions and presentation. until production and design. Yet have the ability to take feedback or inputs switch gears and come up fast with solutions that keeps the idea.
Requirements: - 5 years of experience as an Art Director/Creative within marketing in gaming company performance industry or advertising agency.
Sharp analytical skills comfortable interpreting data and turning insights into creative direction. - Familiarity with cutting-edge AI tools and technologies
- Strong creative conceptual and brand strategy background high level of Art direction and visual storytelling.
- Solid experience creating multi-channel campaigns from top of funnel through direct response creative.
- Digital mind-set driven by data deep understanding of performance marketing craft for mobile and Integrated campaign experience.
- Able to handle multiple cross-department creative requests simultaneously to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and social skills. experience in presenting ideas and getting buy-in from senior level.
- High level of written and spoken English
- Academic background in Art direction Graphic design Copyright or related field.
- Portfolio should feature web-based marketing campaigns and designs for well-known brands
