Deputy Nurse Manager Supernumerary
Salary: 50000 per annum
40 hours per week MondayFriday
Were recruiting a dedicated Deputy Nurse Manager on behalf of luxury nursing home offering specialist nursing dementia and palliative care in a peaceful picturesque setting.
This is a supernumerary role giving you protected time to focus on leading care quality supporting staff and ensuring regulatory excellence.
As Deputy Nurse Manager youll support the Home Manager in leading a skilled care team to deliver person-centred care of the highest standard. Youll act as a role model ensuring compliance with CQC regulations managing clinical staff and nurturing positive relationships with residents families and external professionals.
What Were Looking For:
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with valid NMC registration
- Senior experience in a care home or clinical leadership role
- Strong understanding of CQC standards and safeguarding procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for delivering person-centred dignified care

Your Responsibilities:
- Assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day leadership of the care home
- Ensure safe compassionate and high-quality care across the service
- Lead on care planning compliance and staff development
- Work closely with external professionals and families to promote holistic care
- Champion a culture of respect dignity and collaboration
