Full-Time Leadership Multi-site Operations
Ready to take charge of a high-impact region and lead both people and performance
A leading industrial services company (name confidential) is looking for an Area Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the operational and financial performance of multiple field offices.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on building strong teams improving processes and driving business results.
What Youll Do
Own regional P&L performance (EBIT revenue backlog cash flow)
Lead a team across multiple locations and build an engaged safety-first culture
Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with company growth goals
Streamline operations integrate acquisitions and standardize best practices
Champion quality compliance and continuous improvement
What Were Looking For
8 years of experience in operational leadership (industrial or service-based preferred)
Strong financial and strategic thinking
Proven team builder and change agent
Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and compliance standards
Bachelors in Business Engineering or related (MBA a plus)
