Reports to: Head of After Sales in Switzerland
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the dealer/service partner network in Switzerland in your are of responsibility on all aftersales matters.
- Monitor and improve service quality customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company aftersales standards processes and KPIs.
- Analyze market and dealer performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Support dealers in workshop capacity management parts supply warranty handling and technical problem-solving.
- Lead training initiatives and share best practices with service partners to enhance technical and customer care competence.
- Act as the main escalation point for customer and dealer issues ensuring swift and effective resolution.
- Report market trends competitor activity and customer insights to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Marketing and HQ Aftersales to align strategies and initiatives.
Your Profile:
- At least 5 years of experience in Automotive After Sales experience in Switzerland.
- Academic Degree with specialization in engineering or similar business area.
- Strong knowledge of workshop processes warranty and parts operations.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and French German and Italian will be considered an asset.
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently within Switzerland.
- Hands-on result oriented pressure tolerant do more & talk-less attitude is indispensable.
