Job Summary

Location: Switzerland Full-Time
Department: After Sales

Reports to: Head of After Sales in Switzerland

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the dealer/service partner network in Switzerland in your are of responsibility on all aftersales matters.
  • Monitor and improve service quality customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company aftersales standards processes and KPIs.
  • Analyze market and dealer performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Support dealers in workshop capacity management parts supply warranty handling and technical problem-solving.
  • Lead training initiatives and share best practices with service partners to enhance technical and customer care competence.
  • Act as the main escalation point for customer and dealer issues ensuring swift and effective resolution.
  • Report market trends competitor activity and customer insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Marketing and HQ Aftersales to align strategies and initiatives.

Your Profile:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Automotive After Sales experience in Switzerland.
  • Academic Degree with specialization in engineering or similar business area.
  • Strong knowledge of workshop processes warranty and parts operations.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and French German and Italian will be considered an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and travel frequently within Switzerland.
  • Hands-on result oriented pressure tolerant do more & talk-less attitude is indispensable.
