Job Description Summary
The Manager Network Services is responsible for leading the design implementation and maintenance of the Colleges network server and cloud infrastructure to ensure secure reliable and high-performing IT services that support teaching learning and administrative functions across all college locations. This position supervises and develops a team of network and systems administrators manages related projects and budgets ensures compliance with security and regulatory standards and oversees vendor relationships and service agreements. The Manager plays a key role in technology planning policy development and operational execution.
Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree (or higher) in computer science information technology or a related field required. 5 to 7 years of experience with network and server administration networking protocols technologies and security best practices Windows Server and Linux sever operating systems and virtualization technologies required. 4 years of experience in a technology management or team leadership role required. ITIL or COBIT Certifications highly desirable.
