You will help shape and deliver the future of large-scale transformation programs by structuring delivery aligning teams and enabling agile execution. By creating roadmaps adequate resource planning and financial oversight youll empower organizations to turn strategy into impact - ensuring initiatives run smoothly stay on track and deliver real value.
Your key responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end delivery of transformation projects ensuring client satisfaction timelines budgets and quality standards are met.
Collaborate closely with C-level executivesand senior stakeholders providing strategic insights and fostering trust-based relationships.
Guide the creation of operating modelsand change strategies to streamline processes improve efficiency and deliver sustainable value.
Develop a tailor-made project management office framework provide coaching to consultants and ensure your teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools to deliver successful outcomes
Maintain close client relationships to understand strategic needs and identify new opportunities
Contribute to the growth of the Transformation practice through thought leadership methodologies and sales support
Job requirements
Your skills & qualifications
Excellent knowledge of business English and fluency in Dutch or French
5 years of experience in working project-based in the financial services sector
Familiar with methodologies such as PMP Prince2 Waterfall or Agile
Experience in change management or digital transformation
Leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders
Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello MS Project)
Ability to communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders
