Salary Range 85K to 95K
Responsibilities:
- Leads client satisfaction strategic growth and team development.
- Oversees key accounts mentors client services staff and ensures profitable highquality delivery.
Background Profile:
- Prefer a Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field but not required.
- Ideal candidates will have 2 years as an Account leader and work experience in agency environments.
- Experience leading or mentoring to develop team members lead huddles and foster collaboration across departments.
- Experience driving upsell opportunities leading client workshops contributing to RFPs and developing proposals/SOWs.
- Experience maintaining account profitability tracking performance metrics and aligning client goals with margins.
- Experience as senior contact to Clients who builds longterm relationships manages expectations and delivers strategic guidance & presentations.
- Must have excellent communication and presentation skills to make recommendations effectively manage difficult conversations constructively and run productive meetings.
- Must be local to the Greater-Phoenix area and be a US citizen to be considered.
