Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time Inventory Coordinator for our fabrication facility. The inventory
coordinator is responsible for pulling/issuing materials for orders. Verifying orders based on the bill of
materials. Assisting other team members in the warehouse including shipping/receiving teams.
Job Duties:
Pull/issue materials for orders using the inventory control system.
Verify orders for accuracy including piece counts and material types.
Maintain documentation for all inventory transactions.
Communicate status on delayed orders to the sales team utilizing ERP systems.
Assist the shipping team with daily shipments.
Operate a forklift to load/unload and move materials.
Inventory Control/Cycle Counts
Job Qualifications:
2-3 years experience in inventory control and warehouse environment.
Previous warehouse experience.
Basic computer proficiency.
Experience using inventory control systems.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Work Environment:

Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Frequently.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Occasionally.
Must be able to assist with team lifting of loads in excess of 50lbs Occasionally.
Must be able to work on your feet including standing for the entire length of the shift
which is up to 10 hours.
Must be able to work in and around manufacturing and production equipment which
includes frequently climbing ladders bending stooping standing walking twisting
kneeling and reaching.
Must be able to see/hear to visually and audibly acknowledge critical safety instructions
alarms forklift traffic perform quality inspections and equipment inspections.
Must be able to sustain repetitive movement of the upper and lower extremities with
varying degrees of force.
Must be able to push pull up to 100 pounds of force on a regular basis including moving
pallets carts glass/plastic sheets and boxes using a hand truck or other similar equipment.
