Description of Contract
Southbridge Public Schools on behalf of Early College Southbridge an educational partnership between Southbridge Public Schools and Quinsigamond Community College seeks to hire on contract a Project Planning Manager to support the goals of program development project management and annual reporting.
Early College Southbridge is a Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) designated Early College program that allows high school students in Southbridge Public Schools the opportunity to take collegiate courses while still in high school. The partnership is designed to advance student success for students who are underrepresented in higher education and support their transition into college.
Scope of the work- AY 2025 -June 2026
Applicants should submit a package no later than August 15 2025 but proposals will be considered as they are submitted.
Submissions must include: 1.) a cover letter describing experience creating developing and supporting all aspects of the early college designation and implementation process. 2.) Resume with a minimum of two professional references who can speak to the quality and comprehensiveness of work. 3.) Detailed proposal reflecting scope of work and individual recommendations based on your experience with districts in a similar stage of implementation and development.
Price
Contractors should submit an hourly rate for this work and estimated number of hours. The lowest qualified bidder will receive the contract.
