Join Our Team: Behavioral Specialist (Group Home Program)
Naperville IL Full-Time Onsite $20/hr

At The Ace Consulting Group were hiring a Behavioral Specialist on behalf of our valued client a mission-driven organization providing safe affirming housing and support for youth in crisis.
What Youll Be Doing:
Create a safe inclusive environment aligned with DCFS standards
Supervise and mentor youth promoting positive life skills and emotional growth
Support daily routines meals chores and recreational activities
Transport youth safely in agency vehicles
Maintain accurate records and collaborate with team members
Attend trainings staff meetings and contribute to a positive group home culture
What Were Looking For:
21 years or older
HS Diploma or GED required (Associates in Human Services preferred)
5 years of related experience accepted in lieu of degree
Valid IL Drivers License & auto insurance
Strong interpersonal and de-escalation skills
Passion for youth services and a commitment to being a positive role model
