French Customer Service Representative Lisbon
Location: Lisbon Portugal (On-site)
Start Date: 28th August 2025
Contract: 1 Year
Welcome Bonus: 3000
About the Role
Are you a French speaker looking to start a new adventure in sunny Lisbon We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our Customer Service team in Portugals vibrant capital.
Youll be supporting customers across various channels ensuring an outstanding experience with every interaction. Whether helping with inquiries resolving issues or providing guidance youll be the voice of the brand!
What Youll Do

Deliver exceptional customer service via phone email or chat

Assist with questions orders product info or account issues

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions

Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Schedule & Working Conditions
Working Hours:
-
Monday to Saturday 8AM to 6 PM (Including bank holidays)
-
2 Days Off per week: Sunday 1 rotational day
Requirements

Native or fluent in French (C2 level)

Good level of English (B2 minimum)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

EU Citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal

Willingness to work in rotative shifts including weekends
