Italian Customer Service Representative - Lisbon

Position Overview
Were seeking an enthusiastic Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Lisbon! This is an exciting opportunity to work with international clients while developing your career in a supportive multicultural environment.
Start Date: August 28 2025
Location: Lisbon Portugal (On-Site)
Welcome Bonus: 2000
Schedule
- Current Schedule: Monday to Sunday rotating shifts
- 08:00 - 17:00 OR 09:00 - 18:00
- 2 rotative days off per week
- Future Schedule: 24/7 operations (rotative shifts) - TBC by client
What Youll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Drive business development through telesales and account management
- Influence seller success through strategic customer interactions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Contribute to overall team success and company growth
Requirements
- Fluent Italian (native or near-native level)
- Minimum 1 year experience in:
- Customer service or support
- Telesales
- Account management
- Customer success roles
- Business development positions
- Sales awareness and ability to influence seller success (mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with business development focus

Compensation Package
- Competitive base salary
- 2000 Welcome Bonus
- 1000 bonus per 14 months
- 100 bonus per 11 months

- Note: We only accept candidates from Coimbra to Algarve region
