Could you be the full-time Record to Report Specialist in LOCATION were looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your accounting expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Youll work alongside dedicated and detail-oriented teammates.
Youll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (such as finance operations and compliance) perform critical financial processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Youll specifically take care of tasks like preparing reconciliations and journal entries but also support audits and reporting activities.
Well look to you for:
Performing mass uploads and manual postings
Reversing accruals and booking lease journals
Executing asset accounting and preparing period cost accruals
Preparing and publishing the month-end closing calendar
Performing reconciliations (bank asset subledger to general ledger balance sheet FI-CO)
Executing period closing tasks and open item clearing
Performing internal control checks and publishing SLA compliance
Preparing audit schedules and reporting packs
Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and internal controls
Contributing to process standardization and root cause analysis for critical issues
Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the process

Graduate degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience or understanding of accounting principles and processes
Knowledge of basic accounting tools
Familiarity with ERP systems (desirable)
Proficiency in English both written and verbal
Strong team-playing skills
Ability to adhere to guidelines and maintain accuracy
