IFA Level 6 - $114543 per annum plus superannuation

  • $6000 relocation allowance for suitable candidates
  • additional 5 days recreation leave

What we are looking for:

Were looking for two skilled Infrastructure Civil Engineers to lead water infrastructure projects with a focus on quality safety and teamwork in a dynamic local government setting.

What your day will look like:

  • Lead project delivery from design through commissioning and handover
  • Manage external consultants and contractors to ensure compliance & quality
  • Prepare tender documentation contracts and project schedules
  • Provide engineering advice on operational and legislative matters
  • Ensure projects meet budget timeline and safety standards
  • Report progress and financial impacts to senior management

What youll need for success:

  • Degree-level Engineering qualification (recognised by Engineers Australia)
  • Proven experience delivering capital works preferably in water/wastewater
  • Strong project and contract management skills
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation environmental & quality standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Current Queensland Class C Drivers Licence & White Card

Whats nice to have:

  • Registered Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ) or Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) certification
  • Previous Local Government experience
