Urgent Hiring HR Manager (Steel Plant)
Location: Kesda Bilaspur
Position: HR Manager Steel Industry
Experience:1215 years in HR (preferably in steel or manufacturing plant)
Salary:/month
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete HR operations: recruitment payroll compliance and employee records
Oversee attendance shift scheduling and leave management for plant staff
Ensure legal compliance with PF ESIC Factory Act and labor laws
Handle employee relations grievances and disciplinary actions
Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs
Coordinate training & development initiatives
Maintain HR MIS and liaise with government departments
