Sales Representative - Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM)
German English Speaking Athens Greece
Position Overview
Join our dynamic sales team as a Customer Success Account Manager where youll leverage your account management expertise to drive growth and maintain strong client relationships. This role requires fluency in both German and English to serve our diverse European client base.
Key Details
- Start Date: September 1 2025
- Location: Athens Greece (On-site)
- Languages Required: German English (fluent)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 40 hours/week
- Shift Options:
- 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Essential Requirements
- MUST HAVE: Previous Account Management experience
- EU citizenship OR Residence card with Full Market Access
- Fluency in German and English
- Availability to work on-site in Athens
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Package
- Base Salary: 1760 14 payments annually
- Structure: 12 monthly salaries Easter bonus Summer/Christmas bonus
- Performance Bonus: Additional performance-based compensation available

Relocation Support (For International Candidates)
Whats Included:
- 3 weeks hotel accommodation near the office
- Up to 300 relocation support (first payment)

Important Relocation Notes:
- Must arrive in Athens 7 days before start date for document processing
- Minimum 3 months on-site work requirement (exceptions for those with confirmed Greek residence and internet)
- Candidates must provide required documentation
Not Included:
- Flight tickets (reimbursement up to 300 with first payment)
- Airport pickup service
- Transportation from airport to hotel

Candidates must be available to relocate to Athens and commit to on-site work. Local Greek candidates are also encouraged to apply.
