About the Role
Ngala is seeking an experienced individual to join our Governance Compliance Risk & Safety (GCRS) Sub-Committee.
This Sub-Committee supports the Ngala Board in meeting its governance obligations providing oversight and strategic guidance across corporate governance compliance risk management and workplace safety.
The committee meets up to four times per year between March and November either in-person or addition to supporting the Board the committee advises the CEO on the implementation and continuous improvement of key governance frameworks and practices.
About You
We are looking for a professional with demonstrated Clinical Governance experience on a governing committee or board ideally within the mental health sector. Your expertise will help ensure high standards of safety quality and risk management across Ngalas operations.
Requirements:
Clinical governance experience (Mental Health sector preferred)
Current WA Drivers Licence
National Police Clearance (dated within the last six months)
