Your Role:

In this pivotal role youll lead the development and continuous improvement of our quality risk and governance framework ensuring compliance driving best practice and delivering meaningful outcomes. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders youll support the implementation of systems that allow Centacare to not only meet but exceed expectations.

As a part of this role you will undertake duties including:

• Leading the implementation and evolution of our quality risk and governance frameworks

• Embedding a culture of continuous improvement safety and compliance

• Working with teams across the organisation and external stakeholders to make sure quality isnt optionalits our standard

• Monitoring and improving quality outcomes through smart systems strong policies and meaningful feedback

What youll bring

• Qualifications in a relevant field such as risk management quality management or governance.
• High-level analytical written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear reports and draft relevant policies and procedures including legislative information.
• Demonstrated knowledge of audit and quality assurance processes particularly those integrating qualitative client feedback.
• Experience in managing incident and compliant processes engaging with both external and internal stakeholders.
• Proven experience translating regulatory and compliance obligations in practical organisation wide policies and procedures with an ability to engage diverse stakeholders in embedding these into everyday practice
