In this pivotal role youll lead the development and continuous improvement of our quality risk and governance framework ensuring compliance driving best practice and delivering meaningful outcomes. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders youll support the implementation of systems that allow Centacare to not only meet but exceed expectations.
As a part of this role you will undertake duties including:
Leading the implementation and evolution of our quality risk and governance frameworks
Embedding a culture of continuous improvement safety and compliance
Working with teams across the organisation and external stakeholders to make sure quality isnt optionalits our standard
Monitoring and improving quality outcomes through smart systems strong policies and meaningful feedback
